HOW LONG TO PROCESS AN ORDER 

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times will depend on your location.

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For calculating shipping rates for domestic shipping, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All domestic shipping are FREE for orders over $75.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination.

Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PuraVida Art by Baba is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. While we can not accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable and we ask that you do the same.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and we will refund the full order amount in the form of the original payment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@puravida-bybaba.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN ORDERS

We also happily accept the return of unused and undamaged goods up to 14 days after delivery and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.
